Thought of leaving another thought for the day...... oops sorry for a while.

Do you ever wonder that if we educate everyone, have proper infrastructure & have proper facilities, will we be able to control the population boom??

Or is it the other way round? We can educate everyone, have proper infrastructure & have proper facilities, only when the population is under control?

Why not educate everyone of that???
